In our growth as a company, we at Meridian Care Monte Vista have renovated our facility to better meet the needs of our residents, families and the surrounding community. We have expanded our dining area to allow for social distancing, renovated the rooms, and implemented state-of-the-art technologies throughout the facility. On May 1st, 2021, we opened this newly renovated floor. You are invited to come take a sneak-peak, guided tour to see how we have modernized our facility. Our guided tours take place by appointment only so please call us to book your tour. We are happy to show you our new facility.

Topping the renovations is an expanded 1100-square-foot, state-of-the-art rehabilitation therapy gymnasium. This gymnasium serves short-term rehab clients and long-term care residents and provides a Skyline view of the surrounding area for everyone to enjoy.

The facility and the grounds have taken on a unique look featuring a new main entrance and front lobby.
